The year 1986 saw the fructification of his dream of a brand of his own. Thus was born ANCHOR.

Mr. Vishveshwar Nagal

Joint Managing Director

Specialisation in the field of Computer Technology and Management studies his induction brought in a revolution within the Company with the introduction of ERP and customised adoption of specialised Computerisation programmes at all Depots and Branches. Training of back office staff and imparting hands-on training were ensured. Interaction with clients and ensuring growth became the prime target.

Mr. Paramveer Malik

Joint Managing Director

An Engineer and an ardent student in Management studies he took control of the Fleet management and Manpower deployment within the Organisation. Systems, to ensure seamless fuel supplies, auto generation of alarms for periodic maintenance and upkeep of vehicles, thereby reducing unproductive downtime brought down to almost nil. The selection, training and refresher training and the placement for and of the staff are his priority.

Ms. Namrata Malik

Head - Finance

Having a Masters in finance, the apt and skilled handling of the flow of funds ensured seamless and timely availability of funds enabling the Directors to spearhead their expansion and growth plans. Cordial relations with the Financial Institutions and accurate fund flow projections have been the hallmark. Needs of the Branches and Depots are her priority as she does not desire any operational constraints adversely affecting their performance.

Group Head - Logistics & Warehousing

A Post Graduate in Management, has over three decades experience in managing pan-India Operations of MNCs and Indian MNCs. Strict controls, adherence to SOPs, trust, delegation and autonomy enthuses every member to contribute to par-excellence scores during client’s audits for Good Warehousing management and Operations SOPs compliances. Helping clients plan their growth or expansion programmes and being available to them as their team are the hallmarks

Mr. Govind Ram

Regional Operations Head

His professional break, over two decades back came in transportation. He worked his way up to the level of Branch Head. The desire and determination to excel were evident when his Branch became one of the most profitable Branches. His ability to lead a team working shoulder to shoulder, to lead by example, to be able to foresee and plan movement of cargo and transport vehicles ensured his rise within the organisation. Close coordination and interaction with the client has won his operations National and Regional awards for excellence.

Mr. Vivek Gautam

Regional Operations Head

Experienced and outstanding in Warehouse Management came into the Organisation as Depot Manager. His foresight, planning and implementation skills to manage a 24 hours operation while training the staff and framing Roles & Responsibilities for each them ensured instant success, winning the confidence of the client resulting in the addition of new areas to be serviced by the Depot. He along with his dedicated team won National & Regional Best Performing Depot Awards for the company.
